When we try an express coffee we became astonished because it's density, concentrated taste and particulary aroma that differentiate it from coffee made in some other manner.
When preparating an express coffee, water is passing through the coffee by the high pressure, so the coffee has to be preparated carefully to enlarge the surface of the contact with the water and, in that way, to support extracting of the fusible substances that gives the taste to the coffee.
